CEPA Certified® is the protocol for certification of the Confederation of Pest Management Associations in Europe - Confederation of European Pest Management Associations (CEPA), based on the European standard EN 16636, published by CEN (European Committee for Standardization) in 2015. This standard defines the requirements and competencies that a pest management company must demonstrate to ensure the protection of public health, property, and the environment in the course of its activities.

Written procedures for each type of intervention
We have internal procedures for all operations (diagnosis, treatment, monitoring, management of non-conformities), ensuring the standardization of our application methods by each technician during our interventions, always traceable and documented, regardless of the site.
A structured internal training system
Our CEPA audited training system ensures that each participant masters the skills required by the normative annex of EN 16636 (species identification, integrated pest management methods, safety of biocide and fumigant use...).
Additionally, our technicians are trained VCA-BA4. They are qualified to work in all high-risk industrial environments.
A documented management of risk and regulatory compliance
Our management is aligned with the principles of integrated pest management, in line with the objectives of the European Green Deal for reducing the systematic use of chemicals and biocides
A mid-term surveillance audit
Every 18 months, an external audit is conducted by a CEPA-accredited organization, followed by a comprehensive renewal every three years, with the requirement to resolve any identified nonconformities.
