Radication SRL was founded in 2016 by Sébastien Kieffer and Christophe Quevit, based on a simple belief:
Pest management for regulated sectors cannot be entrusted to a service provider who learns about your sector-specific requirements only when your audits take place.
It must be led by a team that has already been on the other side of the table — that of the auditor, the quality manager, or the production manager.
It was this conviction that led to the creation of the EGN Expert certification: to raise, sector by sector, the standards of a profession in which meticulous documentation and a deep understanding of the business often make the difference between a simple maintenance contract and a true guarantee of compliance.
Christophe Quevit — CEO
Before co-founding Eradication, Christophe Quevit spent fourteen years at GSK Biologicals as a validation expert and supervisor, in the vaccine production units (hepatitis A, hepatitis B, malaria). There he led the validation of equipment and processes (IQ/OQ/PQ), coordinated the activities related to FDA audit observations, and prepared the validation files presented to the competent authorities — a direct experience of the requirements GMP and FDA that today informs the approach of EGN Expert in the pharmaceutical sector.
His background also opens up to the agricultural field (140-hectare grain farm) and to entrepreneurship in horeca (management of a restaurant with catering service, management of a sports complex) — a dual culture of fieldwork and business management that explains why EGN Expert speaks the same language as its clients, whether they are quality auditors or operations managers.
Christophe Quevit also chairs the BePMA (Belgian Pest Management Association), the Belgian professional federation of pest management, a member of CEPA at the European level. In this capacity, it is in regular contact with the competent authorities, contributes to the professionalization efforts of the sector, and maintains links between the BePMA and other sector federations concerned with pest management. This commitment reflects a belief we have held since the creation of Eradication: rigor should not remain the exception, it must become the standard of the entire profession.
Sébastien Kieffer — Technical Director
Sébastien Kieffer has led Eradication’s technical operations since the company’s founding. His hallmark: meticulous execution, both in the field and in the documentation of each job. He has received specialized training in the techniques and certifications required for professional pest management: a certified trapper certification issued by the APAW (Association of Certified Trappers of Wallonia), a biocide certification from the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences in Gembloux, and a phytolicense for the supervised use of plant protection products. This requirement for continuing education forms the direct basis for the internal training system that underpins our CEPA certification.
Damien Le Grand — Head of Finance & Quality
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine and holder of a master's degree in food science (ULiège), Damien Le Grand has built his entire career around auditing and certification in food safety: certified auditor BRC, IFS and ISO 22000, former CEO of the Quality Partner group, Managing Director of Food Chain ID Belgium, and today Systems Certification Business Unit Manager at Vinçotte (Kiwa group). He has also taught good auditing practices in the food industry at ULiège.
Damien supports EGN Expert to transmit this expertise in certification and auditing to the entire team, and structures our pricing policy to ensure it remains fair and transparent for every client, regardless of their sector.
